we would add that the Realtor is the one who can bring together persons unknown to each other or persons who are not generally offered in direct contract and transaction so thereby to facilitate the preparation of contracts
Today, transactions are growing and constantly changing shape, for that reason traders are not usually able to identify the specific moment the market situation and specific needs,the constant and professional employment of certain person in the brokerage, as we make it possible to obtain the information necessary to prepare any contract
Traders facilitated by the person energy and designation of critical details from the broker,who professionally monitor the market,be able to choose what suits the interest,desires and purpose which aim being involved in a contract
Similarly, the increasing internationalization of trade, the time that brokers are increasingly few, especially in the commercial space disappeared,mediation or in itself or as a classification and coding of information is increasingly necessary for operators
